Jim and I both entered NYPD in 1957, Jim in the June class and I in November.The next time we met was some years later when he was assigned as C.O. 52nd Precinct where I was the Aministrative Lt. he was a great guy to work for and a good friend. He also brought joy in our families life with his gift of Muggsy a Laso Apso who remained with until he died. Later on we worked together as Inspectors in Manhatten (Jim MS and I in MN). Jim we hardly knew ye. God Bless. Pat and Rose

I worked for Insp. Jim in MS (17th) before his retirement. He was quit a guy and stood up for his people. At a MS Christmas party, he made sure everyone said Merry Christmas and Not happy holidays. As we now know we all say Merry Christmas again. Rest in Peace.
