John has now joined Mary, Herb and Barbara at heaven's poker table. He was a good man. My sister and I always enjoyed his jokes. I can still smell his cigar smoke wafting up to my bedroom on the nights that he was playing poker with my parents, aunt and uncle and Barbara. I remember sitting with him and my dad in his repair shop downtown just shooting the breeze. My sympathies to Ellen, Richie, Russell and Mike.
