Patrick you were my childhood friend and neighbor. The memories of you and me are in the thousands. When we reached adulthood we went in different paths but we were there for each other for more than 20 years. I cannot believe you are gone and my heart is completely broke. Though I haven’t seen you I have often heard of all your accomplishments and though your life was short…too short you never wasted any of your talents. My deepest sympathies to your family and you are all in my prayers. My apologies for not going to the wake but I want to remember Patrick and me playing stickball, basketball and all the countless joys of youth. That is how I will always remember him.
