Thomas Guarini left a message on November 22, 2021:
Dad I miss you everyday I love you so much. I hope you know I’m doing well and that I think about you everyday. Thank you for always being there for me and loving me unconditionally. I aspire to be as good of a father as you were one day and to make you proud. You will always be in my heart and help give me strength to get through the hard times. I know I was stubborn sometimes and didn’t always listen to your advice but as I’ve grown older Ive realized you were always only trying to help me to grow and be a good person. Thank you for everything Dad. I wish more than anything for just one more day with you where we can talk and watch a Mets game and have a beer. I hope you’re somewhere with Stella in a happy place and at peace knowing you did so much good in the world and you were someone that was so loved and respected. I Love you and miss you Dad - Tommy

My sincere condolences to the Guarini family. Rich will certainly be missed. Rich always spoke about his family to me; his wife, his kids, his grandchildren. Knowing Rich for 25 years as mentor in my early business days, to sharing many laughs at Holiday dinner functions, i will certainly miss his friendship and candor by which be carried himself with. Rich was a good man and looked upon as one of the "good guys" in our industry. Again, my sincere condolences to Guarini family.
