My sincere condolences to the Guarini family. Rich will certainly be missed. Rich always spoke about his family to me; his wife, his kids, his grandchildren. Knowing Rich for 25 years as mentor in my early business days, to sharing many laughs at Holiday dinner functions, i will certainly miss his friendship and candor by which be carried himself with. Rich was a good man and looked upon as one of the "good guys" in our industry. Again, my sincere condolences to Guarini family.

It is with great sadness that I learned of Rich's passing. He was an extraordinary man. There are many in the community who will mourn deeply his passing as his was a life of service, love, compassion and excellence. I will personally miss our heartfelt conversations of family and friends. Please accept my condolences and I hope that in a small way they help through these trying times. May he rest in peace.

I met Richard some month ago, only. Immediately I trusted him so much, as we know each other for a very long time. He gifted me with his time and experience, and I enjoyed working together and speak with Rich of so many things. He is one of the most beautiful people I ever met in my life. I pray God to help and protect his beloved family.
