I worked in the 94 Detective Squad and Barney worked in the 94 Precinct. Although we were in separate units our paths crossed many, many times. I consider myself very fortunate to have met Barney and had him as part of my life. I believe everyone who was touched by Barney was blessed to know him. RIP my friend and thank you for your service to the people of New York.
