My heart is so heavy today. I woke up to read that my dear colleague, Camille, had gone home to be with our Lord. Camille started her speech career with me when I was teaching the self-contained kindergarten class at R.J.Lockhart school in Room#2. The original speech group was Eileen Goldman, Denise Strothman and Denise M. She worked by my side with these beautiful children on a daily basis. We learned from each other. Shed also had started a French Pastry Shop in Amityville the same time my husband opened his Wine&Liquor Store! She was unstoppable, personal, loving! I loved her optimisim. She talked about Paul often, her girls', and her grandchildren with pride. God bless them and Camille for the beauty and spirit she gave to Jesus' children here on earth. She will be remembered by me forever...Blessings from Linda Patrissi, retired Massapequa Special Education Teacher
